According to In Touch Weekly:
“The Grammy winner has been living apart from his wife for nearly a year after almost two years of marriage,” an insider exclusively tells In Touch, adding, “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.” The soon-to-be exes have two kids together, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, 6 months. And the insider says that it’s more than just talk — the divorce papers were filed in Atlanta this morning.
I have not officially seen any proof of divorce papers being filed, but it'll be a good thing because I remember reading so many interviews with Usher after his last album came out and when he was asked questions about his marriage and his wife being pregnant his response was always loosely: Why do people get on me for trying to do the right thing?
No my dearies out there, you do not have to be miserable because children are involved. Work out an adult relationship that will allow the both of you to do your best to raise healthy, balanced children. Period.
I know Tameka is not letting him go easily and based on her Tweets, this might be a battle if rumors are true.
