Jon & Kate Have Filed For A Legal Split

Right when they were supposed to make their big announcement tonight on TLC, Jon & Kate Gosselin have filed for a legal split after 10 years of marriage.
The documents were filed at Bucks County Courthouse in Reading, Pennsylvania on Monday afternoon.
Sad, how do you work out visitation with 8 young children?

One of the biggest b*tches in reality tv was seen on the beach in North Carolina on Tuesday. Kate took a trip with all the kids (without Jon) to vacation and shoot for their show Jon & Kate Plus 8.

I've researched a lot about this couple since I originally fell in love with the show a couple years ago.
Between reading family blogs/watching family videos since the show has been in production, my opinion of Kate has really changed.
I know they wanna stay the happy family to continue getting those paychecks, but Jon, RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!! Of course stay in your childrens' lives, but Kate is the worst.
