Chris Brown Gets Sentenced

The judge has ordered 180 days of community labor as well as felony probation for 60 months.

The judge also ordered him to enroll in a community service program, Commonwealth Catholic Charities, for a 52 week domestic violence program.

The R&B singer will have a protective order forcing him to stay away from Rihanna for 5 years - as he's also required to submit DNA samples as requested by authorities.

TMZ reports tell that "the judge just said she is aware of the 'chatter' on the airwaves (talking about rumors that Brown has been in touch with Rihanna) - adding that she means business and will violate his probation if he dares violate the terms."

This will be interesting because there has supposedly been many sightings of the two together. What's really funny is I had a dream last night that the two were running from the paps, jumped in my car, and begged me to take them somewhere to hide!! Lol! Why I had this dream, I don't know, but if they are caught together, it'll be good for both of them to get a lesson on how dumb it is to continue an abusive relationship.

From One Wife Beater To Another......

Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson gave his two cents about Chris Brown and told MTV, "It's none of my business, but you know what I say about that? I understand the situation. I understand passion with young kids.”
Tyson continued, "My personal opinion about that is, he's just a baby. He's just a little baby that don't know how to handle his emotions when it comes to a woman. And he probably hears this and thinks, 'I know how to handle my emotions'; we all think we do. But the fact [is], you look at this person and you might be crazy in love, but we don't know how to handle those feelings."


Mike also gave a stern reprimand to men who hurt women.

"You can't abuse them. It's really sick what you [can] do. She has a space in your heart and you believe you care about her more than anybody in the world. Do I think it's right to beat up a woman? No — hell no. Have I hit a woman before? Hell yeah. Was I wrong? Hell yeah. I'm a product of that environment. Do I regret ever doing that? Hell yeah. Would I do it again? Never."

Well, I hope he means what he says, people definitely have the choice to change, that's one of our greatest gifts :)

Ok, So This Is Who Chris And Rihanna Went To Blows Over?!?!

The woman who triggered the fight that left Rihanna battered and bruised and Chris Brown an accused felon is Brown's manager, Tina Davis. Davis turns 40 this month and was rumored to have had a relationship with Brown when he was 16. Brown and Davis have denied it.
Law enforcement claims the text message to Brown talked about hooking up later and it totally pissed off Rihanna. She slapped and hit him and he then brutally fired back.
The detective's affidavit refers to the text message as being "from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with."
Yuck, Chris must have a case of "Usher Syndrome".

Yay! RiRi's Gonna Testify!!

Rihanna's lawyer, Donald Etra, says she could be testifying against Brown in the felony assault case.
He said, "She is planning to do everything that the law requires her to do. If she is required to testify, she will do so."
Let's hope she does!
Let's see if they'll throw Chris' ass in jail so he can see how it feels to be beat down by a man!

Great, Now "Ike And Tina" Are Writing A Book Together About Abuse!

According to Sun-Times columnist Bill Zwecker, Brown and Rihanna plan to co-author a book about abuse and appear together on a number of talk shows in a deal, which also reportedly includes a $10 million clause regarding Brown’s future actions toward her.

"Ike" is trying his best to bring back that clean image....forget about it.

Here's the complete story of the Rihanna and Chris incident:
From the detective's notes:

"Christopher B and Robyn F have been involved in a dating relations for approx 1 and half year. On Sunday Feb 8 at 25 hours Brown was driving a vehicle with Robyn F as the front passenger on an unknown street in Los Angeles. Robin F picked brown,s cellular phone and picked up a three-page text message from a woman Brown had had a previous relationship with.

"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled a vehicle over in an unknown street. Reach over Robyn F with his right hand and open the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the vehcile causing an approx 1 inch raised circular contusion.

"Robyn F turned to face Brown and punched her in the left eye with right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F Osmouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle. Brown looked at Robyn F and stated "I am going to beat the s–t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!?

"Robyn F picked her cellular phone and called her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales. Rosales did not answer the telephone but while her vm greeting was playing Robyn F pretended to talk to her and stated "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there? (this statement was made while greeting was playing and was not captured) after Robyn f faked the call, Brown and looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I really am going to kill you.'

"Brown resumed punching Robyn F and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist placing her elbows and face near her lap and in attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied by Brown. Brown continued to punch Robyn F on her left arm and hands, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps that was approx 2 inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand. Robyn f attempted to send another text message to other personal assistant Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window to an unknown street. Brown continued driving and Robyn F observed his cellular phone in his lap. She picked up the cellular phone with her left hand, and before she could make a call, he placed her in a head lock with right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.

"Brown held Robyn F close to him and bit her on her left hear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of [address] and Robyn F turned off the car removed the key from inignition and sat on it. Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F left and right carotid arteries causing her to be unable to breath. She began to lose consciousness. She reached up with her left hand and began to attempting to gauge his eyes in attempt to flee herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and released her. While brown continued to punch her she turned around a place her back to against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest and placed her feet against Brown,s body and began pushing him away.

"Brown continued to punch her on legs and feet causing several contusions. Robyn F began screaming for help. And Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighbor heard Robyn F,s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F was issued a domestic violence protective order (EPO). Affiant conducted an interview with Melissa Ford who advised on Feb. 8 2009 at 2500 hours she received a phone call from Robin F from an unknown telephone number later identified as the telephone number of Officer Chavez. Robin F had advised Ford that she had been assaulted by Brown. At approx at 1 am Brown called Ford as nothing happened. Ford advised Brown that she had already talked to Robin F and was aware of what happened. Ford had advised brown that the neighbors had called police and that they were with Robyn F. Brown had asked Ford if robin F had provided police with his name. And ford advised him that she had. Brown hung up the telephone and did not call back.

"On Feb. 8, Brown turned himself in and was given a copy of the EPO and advised to not contact Robyn.

"On Feb. 17 Ford advised the affiant that she had received text messages from … a number that Ford recognized as belonging to Brown. In the text message Brown apologized for what he had done to Robin F. and advised Ford he was going to get help."

New Details on Rihanna and Chris

Bossip.com exclusively has new details that Rihanna basically started the fight. Keep in mind this comes from a good source in the Chris Brown camp:


They were in the car leaving the Clive Davis party. While Chris was driving, he got a phone call from a young lady. Our source tells us that Rihanna knew that Chris had been messing around with this particular girl and she has, as of late, been the reason for many of their heated arguments. Rihanna got a glimpse of the phone, saw the name and number and immediately recognized who it was. She went ballistic and began to “beat the sh*t” out of Chris (while driving). She was so uncontrollable, that Chris began to fight back in self defense, which ensued the fight. Rihanna’s rage stemmed from Chris’ questionable fidelity in the last few months.

Now, based on the rumors that have swirled, Rihanna had a rep for being extremely jealous....still no excuse for either party to get physical in any way.

So, it's been a few days since I've been able to blog and ofcourse I have to comment on one of my favorite fierce Fashionistas..... Rihanna.
WTF is going on with Chris Brown?!?!? I hear he grew up watching men beat up his mother and I'm sure that'll be his first excuse in court.
I just hope Rihanna, who by the way has some serious injuries to her head, gets home safely and chills out for awhile. How scary, embarrassing, and humiliating this situation must be for her.
I must say, first it was hearing how Chris Brown was out of the country messing around with other girls, then it was that Rihanna was taking it extremely hard being away from him for the past few weeks, and they finally get back together and this....never imagined.
Well, ladies out there, please develop a backbone when it comes to domestic violence before you end up not having the opportunity to speak on it one day.
