Well it looks like Jodie Sweetin has been under serious investigation for alcohol abuse and endangering her 8 month old daughter Zoie.
An Orange County Court judge has just ruled her unfit to be alone with her child.
Sweetin recently filed for legal seperation from her husband Cody Herpin and now lives with her parents. She has recently admitted to being a meth addict and alcoholic. Herpin is trying to file for sole custody due to an incident where Sweetin drove under the influence while Zoie was in the vehicle.
Jodie will not be allowed to be around Zoie without one of her parents present and both she and her husband will have to take drug tests prior to their next appearance in court.
